Regular Flex
  • Minimum of 48 hours per 2 week pay period
  • Weekend requirement = 16 hours per month
  • Every other holiday
  • Day shift = Base rate (based on year's of experience) + 15%
  • Evenings and nights = Base rate (based on year's of experience) + 25%
  • Base Rate + 10% differential for evening and nights worked hours
  • Base Rate + 15% weekend differential

9-Month Plan
  • All hours worked must be on evening or night shift
  • Minimum of 40 hours per 2 week pay period

  • 15% weekend differential

Weekend Only Plan
  • 24 hours in a weekend. Weekend hrs. begin Friday at 3PM and end Monday at 7AM
  • Must work 48 weekends per year
  • Must work Saturday as part of weekend obligation
  • Holiday requirement only if the holiday falls on the weekend
  • $30.00/hr + 50% for hours worked on weekend ($45.00)
  • 10% additional differential for hours worked on evening and night shift ($48.00)
  • Health Insurance paid based upon a full-time employee
  • Paid time off will accrue to use for 4 weekends off/year

Casual Plus
  • Minimum of 32 hours per 2 week pay period
  • Weekend requirement = 16 hours per month
  • Holiday requirement = 1 winter and 1 summer
  • Base rate for day shift = $30.00/hr
  • Base rate for evening and night shift = $37.00/hr
  • 15% differential for evening and nights worked hours ($30.00 + 15% = $34.50) ($37.00 +15% = $42.55)
  • 15% weekend differential

Flex Casual
  • Weekend requirement = 1 shift per month
  • Holiday requirement = 1 holiday/year
  • $32.00/hr
  • Base Rate + 10% differential for evening and nights worked hours ($32.00 + 10% = $35.20)
  • 15% weekend differential
