Employee Wellness Program

To assist employees and their spouses in achieving a high quality of life, we offer an Employee Wellness benefit. This program includes a free health Risk Assessment (HRA) available for employees and spouses.  The HRA can be completed at work or at home by going online.  The results of the HRA are based on your answers to several health-related questions and will identify what you are doing well and were you can do better in terms of your health. 

Our LiveWell program takes our wellness initiative to the next level by rewarding you for pursuing a healthy lifestyle.  When you take classes to reduce stress, lose weight or quit smoking, you not only help your physical health, you also earn LiveWell rewards.  As an employee and member of the LiveWell program, you can participate in healthy activities to earn cash rewards up to $200; your spouse can also participate and earn up to $100.

The Wellness Center staff is available to answer your questions about all employee wellness programs, which also include classes and two lending libraries (one at Women & Babies Hospital and one at the Health Campus).  Employees occasionally receive a discount on some classes and services.
